I was on wy new warr doing the quest to get to nahpui quarter. I spoke to guy at the entrance and it started loading the outpost. Then I was suddenly dropeed.
I relogined. The quest was complete (needed to speak for reward). I looked at the map - Nahpui didn't appear. Then I ran to the entrance and the guy there doesn't want to let me in anymore.
Dunno what to do with this.

Go to an outpost and abandon the quest. Go back to the person who first gave you the quest and redo it again.
