No all non inscriptable except for the lion

1. imo 100k+

2. Not too rare to find these in req 8... maybe 75-100k+.. not sure how much over

3. 10% casting is the built in... 20% is a mod... perhaps 60-70k+

4. 15-20k or so imo

5. 40-50k+ imo
