I can't believe this isn't in the directory yet. I have found this to be the fastest GFTE spamming build, although there are many variants. I have tried them all and this is by far the best, IMO.

GFTE/Envy Spammer

Maxed Leadership with a Minor Rune.
Maxed Command with Superior Rune.
The rest in Spear Mastery with Minor Rune if desired.

[skill]"Make Your Time!"[/skill][skill]Anthem of Envy[/skill][skill]"Find Their Weakness!"[/skill][skill]"Go for the Eyes!"[/skill][skill]Focused Anger[/skill][skill]Aggressive Refrain[/skill][skill]"Never Surrender!"[/skill]optional skills here.

My suggestions would be
[skill]"Fall Back!"[/skill]
[skill]Song of Power[/skill]
or a ressurection signet.

You could also use a spear attack here if you want to also get benefit from the Anthem of Envy but the primary purpose here is to add buffs to your party and gain adrenaline as fast as possible to do so.

Start by casting Make Your Time. GFTE will instantly charge. Then hit Find their weakness and GFTE and then attack your target. These skills together add deep wound to your target and everyone in the party gains the benefit from GFTE. Since GFTE is an adrenal skill it also recharges your energy for your next cast, Focused Anger. Keep attacking until Anthem of Envy Charges and hit that. GFTE should charge again pretty quickly keep casting GFTE and Envy until you have gained enough energy back to add in Aggressive Refrain. Once that is cast, GFTE, Envy, and Focused Anger will keep it up as long as you don't have too much time in between aggros.
Keep casting Make Your Time and Focused Anger as they recharge. You can use the other skills to add appropriate party buffs to fit the situation.

At this point, Focused Anger comboed with Aggressive Refrain will allow you to get GFTE about 3-5 times per ten seconds and Envy 1-2 times per ten seconds.

I have done some rough calculations running this with a B/P group in tombs. With 4 B/P rangers. Just taking in account the GFTE and Envy damage added (no Deep Wound or spear damage figured in), the paragon can add on average about 1500+ every ten seconds.

BTW, I though I would mention that I have tried BP groups with the Barrage/Pet Paragon build discussed here, and with this build.

I have found this build to be better for a few reasons. GFTE and Envy charge faster with focused anger than with barrage I have found. Also, the pet gets in the way more than helps. When a pet dies, it takes all of your adrenaline and slows the buff casts which is the main benefit here. Also, Paragons lack expertise and therefore take a long time to get the pet back up, especially since the main way they achieve unlimited energy potential is the adrenal skills that the dead pet just drained completely.
