Problem with game account for friend

I recently gave my account to a friend and hes emailed me with the following problem:

Tried to log in but we're getting the message up that the account is suspended. So we tried using the key on our account, but it is registered to you and is not transferable, so no good. Any suggestions?

Apparently your accounted got suspended for some reason. Have you been doing naughty things? Check your email and see if you got some kind of notification from anet.

You cannot give your account away, it breaks the EULA(End user licence Agreement).

There is nothing you can do. Except email support to see why your account was suspended, and if it can be given back.
