Edit your post to include what skin it is, as that could seriously affect the PC. There are different fire staff skins. Check wiki.
EDIT - Ty for the pic. Ok, it's not the really rare skin, but those are very nice mods. I'd say that staff should fetch 30-40k as-is, perhaps as high as 50 if you run into a buyer looking for perfect stats fast. I'd say you'd be able to sell it much faster if you're willing to accept as low as 20k. Much below that, and people will buy it just to salvage the mods. GL to you!
