I've been running the below build with 105hp and it works fine, but I've only used it a few times and have yet to find myself in a group that's been able to finish any of the areas of the mallyx quest.
I'm curious if there are any improvements I can make to it. There is also an alternate N/R build with a couple spirits, but I haven't found too many groups asking for that, so this is a more traditional bip build.

It's pretty simple actually. You already have the right ammount of health, so the skills really don't matter. The focus is mainly on keeping yourself alive, since monsters can apparently read your health just by looking at you.
This is the build I use for DoA.
1. Vigorous Spirit
2. BiP [E]
3. Blood Renewal
4. Protective Spirit
5. Restful Healing/Healing Breeze
6. Essence Bond
7. Mending
8. Rebirth
I only suggest using Essence bond if your group is running an Obsidian Tank, which they probably are.
The overkill on regeneration is because I have often found that I can tank better than most other casters in the group when things get nasty. The "55"ish nature of the build allows me to take quite the number of hits, even while burning or poisoned, which is what the regeneration overkill is for.
You should be able to BiP the entire backline of your team, constantly, with this build.

I actually didn't bother with any self healing outside of mending and BR because it seemed like whenever the casters even begin to take any real dmg, it's game over anyway. So Mending and BR allow me to keep BiP up on all casters at all times. So what exactly is the ened for vigorous spirit and healing breeze? I haven't had any energy problems either so I will probably bypass Essence Bond.
Kaida the Heartless
The purpose of Healing Breeze was so that I could jump in front of the backline and tank for a moment while my team escaped. This doesn't necessarily mean I die, but if I do, DP only helps a BiP.
Vigorous Spirit is a nice cover enchant for Prot Spirit if you know you may run into trouble, but I just use it for the health boost after saccing. I can BiP that much faster this way (I keep the entire backline BiP'ed).
