I have a gold requirement 9 max Gladius. It has a perfect armor +7 against elements and a perfect "Don't think twice" inscription (Spells have a 20% chance to cast twice as fast).

Any ideas what its worth?

depends if it's the new skin as both drop in nightfall.
old skin 5k ish, mostly unwanted
new skinned might get 30-40k
