passwords again

ok, so no one here has changed their password??? I am extremely furious with plaync, i have encountered even more problems now, they don't even mention password changes on the webpage they directed you to FROM the guild wars client account settings. AND NOW I log onto my necro and his skillbar is NOT how I left it! So it's either that keylogger has succesfully sent back info or my necro decided to change it up! So here's my question has anyone changed their password EVER????? how!??

I'm also having the same problem when I try to change my password. I hate how Plaync controls the password system. I know Anet wants to make a secure password control, but having to go to the Plaync site is not working for me. However on my bro's account he can change his password without having to go to the Plaync site. How is this possible?
