Just out of curiosity why would you extract it when its perfect all the way around? the req is 9. To me it doesn't make sense.

Skin is very very very common and unwanted. You're going to have a hard time selling it more than 5k~.

Salvaging for mods would save some serious time and still give you nice profit.

That would be because of the weapon skin. Wooden longbows are very common. Not sought after. Most people are after the skin when buying a gold item. If not for the skin, you could always get a collectors item with perfect stats.

As jackie said, req 8 would be more valuable due to the rarity of the low req.
My advice would be: dont salvage it if you arent desperate for cash. The inscription is worth about 3-5k anyway. However your ranger hero may be very happy to use it.
