Getting 13 critical strikes will help you in energy. And running sup+major is overkill. And does dagger mastery have a rune?

No,dagger mastery don't have rune.
It is only problem,get 13 critical,because then you will have just 410 health what is not good.
12 critical is good enough,energy is not problem,believe me,this build is not theory and it works like this

....You're seeing it wrong. You have 41 energy because every insignia is energy+.
You could simply go for 13 CS by droping shadow arts, thus having plenty of new energy gain , and you can invest in new insignias: health.
So I solve 3 problems at once: You can get a minor dagger mastery rune, you get 13 cs, and you get more health.

I will tell people why he don't like this build....critical strikes are not 13,and..I don't have 600 health like he have.....

You might aswell tell your monk to keep you pre-protted. Your build uses sooo much energy it makes me cry. Get 13 in crit. for energy drop the suo. and maj. runes (one or the other NOT BOTH) And get some armour. +5e daggers aren't hot but it will still work. IDC whether you used it or not simple fact is your health is worse than Anet's skill "balance."

but ok,for me this build works,and it is very funny for me use Rune of Major Shadow Art instead of Superior Shadow Art, so your Shadow Art Attribute is 12. the difference is 1 En from Way of Lotus but you get 35 Health in exchange.
