Guildwiki classifies them simply as "short bows." Are they? The name at least suggests that they might also have some of the aspects of the recurve class, such as better accuracy and, more importantly for interupts, shorter flight time.

Anyone know? Thanks.

^ It's just a fancy name for the basic Shortbow. An update a ways back changed all of the bows called 'shortbows' to 'composite shortbows'. I'm not sure why, but its the shortbow you can get from collectors.

"Composite" is just the name of a skin - back in the days of Prophecy, only recurve bows indeed had this skin (actually composite shortbows have the same skin than normal shortbows - I know it's confusing). But since Factions, Short Bows can also have it (actually composite shortbows have the same skin than normal shortbows - I know it's confusing). So yes, Composite short bows are short bows, and have the same stats than any other short bow.

EDIT - D'OH! Snipious's been faster - damn you
