2- Adept holy staff of enchanting
halves skill recharge 20%
energy +10
Dmg 11-22 (req 9 divine favor)
halves casting time of divine spells 19%
enchantments last 20% longer
dmg +15% (vs hexed foes)

Any help would be appreciated.
