Help with upgrading a staff!

I have bought this staff and i wanna make it 20/10 +5NRG 20% enchantments.

However, i dotn have NF so i dont know ANYTHING about inscriptions. How can i upgrade it?
When i use +5NRG, it will show me that i will loose 10% HCT, inscription I Have The Power dont work on this staff. How can i upgrade it?

You will need:
- "Don't Think Twice" inscription HCT 10%
- Insightful staff head +5e
- Staff wrapping of Enchanting +20%

The HCT in this staff is the Prefix (Swift). This is why a Insightful Staff head would remove it.
You need an inscription for a Spellcasting Weapon (which will remove the +20<50).
You have many different options, but I'd recommend one of the 2 following:

"Have Faith": Energy+5 (while enchanted)
"Hale and Hearty": Energy+5 (Health > 50%)

Or just follow the instructions above.
With my way you will only have to get 2 upgrades, but the Energy-bonus would not be permanent

actually, Don't Think Twice can be used on any weapon at all, even melee

why wouldn't u put that on there INSTEAD...then it would be 20%HSR/10%HCT/20%Attribute HCT

if you noticed, its an Energy Storage Req. Really doubt he needs that much Half Cast Time for energy storage skills . ..
