Can't change password - updated

Hey guys,
As the title sais I can't change my guildwars password. When I click on change pw, it sends me a link to playNC and sais to do it through my plaync account. anyway i created an account, as i didnt have on before, and when i go to add game i add the cd-key and it sais its already in use, so i cant change my pw now? thanks.

Just to verify why I want to change my password is recently someone went on my account, deleted : A 20 W/mo, 20 N/mo, 20 Mo/me. The warrior had all skills and most elites (all skills as in all war skills), had completed all 3 games, protector for tyria and cantha. The necro was pretty good too, and the monk for farming. Just thought i'd clear it up as to why I wanted to change it.

EDIT: You can still change your password (only the account name becomes locked) however you must do so via the PlayNC Master Account you linked your account to when you visited the in-game store.

You can try to log a ticket with support, and if you have proof that you characters were deleted then they should change it.
