Here's what I'm looking for:
Inscribable, Max Divine Staff
Low req for smiting
Preferably clean(as I can supply my own mods)
While I would prefer a low req, its not absolutely necessary(I figure in for a penny, in for a pound) and if you have a higher req I'll take a look.
