Price check on two green weapons

I need a price check on these as i'm getting differing prices when i try n sell em
Dragoncrest axe (Green)
Max dmg (req 9)
15^50
3/-1
+30

and
Zelnehlun's longbow
Max dmg (req 9)
15% always
Armour -10
Armour pen 20%/20%
+30

If someone can give me a reasonably accurate p/c (i know prices aren't static) but guru price guide and what i'm being told their worth are very different.
Ty in advance or if someone wants to buy em from me ingame that'd be great aswell.

Dragoncrest 5-10k
Longbow 5k some go as low as 2-3k

Ok thnx it seems the prices on guru have changed so i'll try n use a p/chk to make sure i'm quoting correct prices hopefully that might make me some more money.
