bump. I know it's probably not worth a lot, but I'm trying to understand what makes an item expensive. Help please!

3k gold... mainly coz of the fortitude..

dom items isn't worth a lot.. esp. req 13
coupled with a insp 20% rechg... quite a useless staff..

Salvage for the fort mod and the casting time mod if its inscribable. crappy req.
