PC on Crude Axe

I looked up guildwiki for info and it said that the canthan version is rare? What about the elonian version? Anyway here are the stats:

Purple
Max damage
Req. 9
14^50
+5 armor

I did some research here, i.e. look at past threads of prior pc on these. I believe one person pointed out that purple version req. 9 is worth about 30k?

Any other ppl have thoughts on this? It is a rather attractive skin imo.
