You reinstalled so now you have to redownload all the files.
My recommendation, run -image and you won't have to download anything; everything should be good. Here's how you do it:
Right-click the Guild Wars shortcut, and go to Properties
In the Shortcut tab, you'll see a box that says "Target:" with a text box right next to it
Type in a space, and then -image at the end so that it appears as "C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\Gw.exe" -image
Run the program, and it will download and decompress all the files, then close out once it's finished. Leave it for a couple of hours, come back, and if it's finished, remove the -image from the Target box. Then you can play again and you won't have to download anything.

Smile Like Umean It
Or get one of your friends to copy their .dat file onto something like a dvd disc and use that.
Personally, I'd just run -image before I go to sleep.

Decron, when you run an image you get the boot up screen and it checks for updates and if there are any, it downloads them and decompresses them straight away... But make sure you do this on a second icon as if you do this on the main one, it won't load the game up
