"Shields Up!" (Tactics)
For 14 seconds, you and all allies in the area gain 50 armor against piercing damage and 50% chance to block incoming projectile attacks.

Leader's Comfort (Leadership)
You gain 66 health, and 18 health for each ally within earshot (mximum 140 health).

Mending Refrain (Motivation)

For 23 seconds, target non-Spirit ally loses 1 Condition whenever a Chant or Shout ends on that ally.

This Build is designed for group chest runs and such.The shouts will give you energy while you run with others, I believe the max energy you can get while running with 7 others is 7 energy.The primary running skill is "lead the way" because with at least 5 people near you it allows you to run for 20 seconds and the recharge rate is 8 seconds.If you are taking on damage or running into a mob use fall back for the boosted movement speed (33%) and the health bonus it gives you.Always keep the Mending Refrain and Purifying Finale on the first gives you +3 health regen and second removes conditions

looks great, but what if he dies, and his party cant ress him?
if the party dont need a run shouter, he is useless anyway, if he is usefull, the party is screwed =(

It is more for running with alot of diff runners as in chect runs.

I'd probably take out Leader's comfort or Healing Sig. I doubt you need both.
