Sure.. i got them from killroy... sue me..
Lets not forget.. you shouldn't feel to guilty about customizing a purple req 11 RARE skinned item and getting +20% always, where as if it were gold and a decent mod... most wouldn't want to customize.. for possible resale in the future.
