From my point of view shows two decent hints. One: Footprints on ground give me the thought of a "Hit and run" tactic on the abyssals. Two: He seems to be moving slower than normal in his step. Then again I could just be looking for a conspiracy theory where A-Net gave Witte +10 health regen and +200 armor boosting items.

im just wondering is it that u dont need an elite or u dont want to bother to get any
MrSlayer
Why must we all speculate and try to ruin the surpise.
....
ok bum to that. Anyone got any more ideas? I also noticed the wild HP regen, and I don't think he is walking slower in the screenshot with the abyssals. But he has hit and run at least once. From the distance they have both moved, Im maybe thinking he dropped a trap and ran, OR he crippled them and ran.
Perhaps Crippling Shot + Epidemic? :P

I can tell you exactly what he's doing. The small amount of protection he has along with the footprints indicate that he's using hit and run tactics to kill, well everything, including the skales. With a longbow, you can fire a shot, run off, and never get hit by any spells.
Notice how one corpse has disappeared, indicating the slow killing speed.
The corpses are at different locations, and apparently the group which those were from isn't completely killed.
Footprints, 1 icehand dead, the rest still alive, pretty much says it all.
He pulled each individually and killed. Notice how the ether breaker isn't in spell range yet. He lured the icehand to that point, and then the ether breaker followed, unlike if he had just tanked and killed, in which case the ether breaker would already be in range. Also, the condition, I'd be willing to wager money on the fact thats its cripple to help with pulling.
The forest has been farmed by rangers for a long time, so he probably has unguent and is using elemental resistance to kill them like normal.
Two corpses have disappeared, he killed them long before, and one was at low health before using grenths balance.
Footprints, he lured and killed abyssals with the assistance of crippled, and now stuck with two shadow beasts who are no threat, he's going to pick up that chaos axe.
Nonetheless, nice job.

Ok so he can use hit and run tactics. For the most part.
This doesn't explain how he is managing to kill the groups with Monks in, since he has to maintain his damage to bring down a Monk or one of its group members.
Perhaps some sort of evasion skill to take down a Monk, and then run away and use hit+run for the rest of the group.

Perhaps some sort of evasion skill to take down a Monk, and then run away and use hit+run for the rest of the group. I can kill the Skeleton Monks easy. The hardest are the Shadow Monks who take a long time to kill so I usually kill the Shadow Warriors and Shadow Beasts and I leave the monks. (they will ress them but..you got the loot and the exp dont ya)

Perhaps some sort of evasion skill to take down a Monk, and then run away and use hit+run for the rest of the group. With an IMS, a long bow, and a lot of room you can break the aggro system and seperate 1 enemy from the rest, and you can seperate each individual enemy from the monk and kill them, and then kill the monk when everything else is dead.

i just realized that he capped a skill in FoW(WoH is the only one that i know of) so that means hes a R/Mo and only used 7 skills

He may have capped it but he wouldn't be able to use it so i'm guessing it isn't that. WoH can't be cast on yourself.

I'm going to take a wild shot in the dark here and say that the build, as it stood when the screen shots was taken, was for a R/Mo and included Troll Unguent, Distracting Shot, and Pin Down. Other than that, though... Curse you Witte, you have confounded me once again!
Good luck with the tweaking. I'm seriously looking forward to Ranger solo pwnage in FoW.
