Interface help

Hey, I put my enchents and all that, which is default to be place on the top left corner of the screen, allot of people put it right above your skills, which I did but, it goes in wrong order, like right to left, how do I put it left to right?

Move it to the other half of the screen; in other words, to the left side of the screen.
