Hi, I found this mesmer wand, I had some upgrades and slapped on it:
Scepter of the Forgotten (gold)
Dmg. 11-22 req. 9 Domination
HSR Domination spells 20%
Energy+5 while health is above 50%
The skin is rare I suppose, it's a cobra wand, would like to know if this is a valuable item.
