WTB earth staff

hi guys, i'm looking for a staff with following mods, req doesn't really matter
Energy+10, inscripable, halve skill recharge 20%, and if insrip isn't HCT of earth , then i need an inscript of Halves Casting Time of spells 20%(of the att), i also need a +20%longer enchant mod but i'll look for one myself but if you got u can always try to sell it to me
if you dont really know if your staff fits to what i need don't be afraid to whisp IGN
