Guild Wars: Utopia is liscensed by Arena.Net. That's a fact. Guild Wars: Utopia is not the official name of Chapter 4, that's also a fact. It's most likely the development name, or the name of a side project.

Interesting, we'll just have to see what Anet decide to do in regards to Guild Wars: Utopia

The name of an expansion pack, not a campaign maybe? I think Guild Wars needs a regular expansion pack for liek 30 dollars (US) to help smoothe out the things missing from the game. It might also be a new in game forum/voice chat/store software, you never know.

No, GameSpot said that. They didn't name anyone from ANet as a source, so it's nothing more than rumors.

Edit: Take it as you will. I doubt it'll be called "Utopia"--when Nightfall was discovered as the name, no one at NCSoft or Anet denied it, or even said anything about it until the official announcement. The fact that they're taking the time to deny it this time makes me think they're going with a different name.

No they didn't. GameSpot claim NCSoft have denied it. Just because someone says something, doesn't make it true. No matter who they work for.
Unless an identified team member from either ANet or NCSoft is directly quoted, or an official announcement is made, everything is just rumors.

EDIT- I'm not trying to say chapter 4 will be called Utopia, I don't know anything. I'm just trying to get people to stop treating rumors as facts.

EDIT #2- I'd just like to point out that NCSoft don't name the games, they're just the publishers.

Until Anet says yes, consider it a no. They registered the Utopia site right after they did the NF one so if they were going to make an announcement, they've had plenty of time.

Hmmm.... when you have two choices:

1. Confirm the name of your 4th title and lose some of your thunder on the big "announcement day" of the next Chapter

2. Lie and say Utopia doesn't mean anything
