major quest problem...

I have explored everywhere on the first area, I am level 18 right now, and there are NO more quests for me, none in Chahbel villiage, kamadan, sunspear great hall, the astralarium, champions dawn, jokanur diggings, blacktide den, beknur harbor, or kodlonu harbor. I have completed teh missions and there are swords on Chahbek villiage, blacktide den, and jakanur diggings. I am so confused, and the consulate docks are not available to me.. someone please help me! what am i doing wrong here..

The primary quest you suppose to get after "Blacktide Den" mission is "The Iron Truth":-
