Seeing how several people have taken the time to finish all of the campaigns, maybe a PvE title should be available for someone who has:
Finishing all 3 campaign:
Hells Precipice
Imperial Sanctum
Abaddons Gate.
I don't know, only name that rings a bell is Defender of the Realm. Character based title for completing all 3. It's not a big deal thing, but something.
Thoughts?
New Title class for characters (PvE Based)

I see no need for this; it is too similar to the Protector titles. While I'm not really opposed to having one international Protector title, I see no need for this too.

There is going to be more than 3 campaign's so why give only 3 a title and that title would be WAY too easy to get.
On the 5th campaign alot of people will have King of a Big Deal, which will mean nothing. Because it is so easy to get.
At the moment it isn't too hard, but takes awhile to obtain.

That wasn't my intent at all. What my suggestion was for would be one title for completion of all campaigns. When a new one added, the title would require the new one, as well. I take it this wasn't a good suggestion. Oh well.

it would be a tad easy, and more than half the GW community would have it already.
It if required masters/bonus in all the missions, it could be a uber protector title of a sorts, but some things would have to be changed in that if you got it, right now you would have 4 titles (Pot, Poc, Poe and the new one) which would cheapen KoaBD.
mabye make it harder, throw in having to do every quest in the game and it might be a good enough challenge
