Double-bladed Axe of Warding (gold)
Slashing dmg: 6-28 (req 12 axe mastery)
Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
Armor +7 (vs elemental damage)

reqs are too high so i'd merch the 1st one and salvage the 15^50 off the other
