Here's my full purpose energy support build, the monks love it.
I know there are several energy support builds incl. BiP containing skills that serve other purposes aswell, but maybe less effective. This build completely aims for energy regen of your team. (& healing yourself for the sacrifices)

*You could also use [skill=text]Blood Ritual[/skill] aswell, if you can handle the sacrifices.

Not a big deal really, just make sure you've got a Motivation req shield.
Summary:
This build isn't very hard to use, simply cast Energizing Finale on those who need it and start spamming chants
Again, silencing skills can be a pain in the ass with some skills.
