I'm shit PC when it comes 2 wands / offhands / staffs so i got few items which i would like 2 have more info on + some more items

Req 12 Whalekin wand, Water
10 % halve skilz recharge

Req 13, Wooden Boar scepter, soul reap
20% halve skilof soul reap

Req 11, Protective wand of memory, Prot
19 / 19 on protections
Req 9, Ivory bow

+ shitloads of similiar shadow staffs etc, mostly smitteing 20 / 10 etc ubt thats not matter now
I've searched forum for those items i mentioned up but so many different stata or opinions that i just have 2 now PC about this time. many of searches were out of date
