So maybe I didn't give Eve a chance. I just got so bored and antsy during the travelling in Eve (which took forever) that I went afk and got a lot of work done. I decided that when work is more appealing than the game, the game ain't worth it.

Having played all 3 that are up for the award, I think that it will be real close between EVE and Guild Wars NightFall. If EVE manages to take it, it won't be by much.

And I agree that the travel time in EVE is on the ridiculous side.

This group awarded a tiny, mediocre, digitally distributed 6-hour addon to Neverwinter Nights "Computer RPG of 2004" over Vampire: Bloodlines, which is an actual full game unlike the previous entry. It's hard for me to take these guys seriously.

CORPG is a branch-off from an MMORPG. That qualifies them for the nomination.

I reckon Nightfall will get it, having a look at the other nominations, Nightfall will be a good contestant.
