not the best mods but both perfect so might be good for something...

its a req 10 (tactics) wooden buckler
-3 dmg (hexed)
reduce crippled by 20%
max armour ^^

Your better off just sellin it to the merchant, the skin is common, and the mods don't add any value to it. The only way that -3 while hexed would be beneficial is if it had the +60 hp while hexed along with it for runners who need it for an area with alot of hex casters.

Sorry. The skin is crap. The Mods are crap. Overall... crap. At this point, the Merchant would probably not want it either. =P
