Only issue is the req and common skin, but as long as you find the right buyer that won't be a problem. (most strength warriors have maxed strength anyway)
imo the price wouldn't be quite that high, but I can't really be sure. (i personally like the exaulted aegis stats more than this, and that's around 25k)
If it's really worth that much I've probably merched about 300k+ worth of merchandise >< doh!
*edit*: Not comparing to the green, comparing to the stats of the green. (and I've found at least 2, but at the time I didn't know that the -2stance was max, but this is getting off topic

And I think that this answers the pc question: It's worth alot, so I'd go in-game and see what you can get for it. No one knows how much a person who really wants one will pay for it.
