Req11 Earth Staff (Orian)

Hey guys i just got this.

Earth Staff (Orian skin)
Max dmg and energy(req11)
+5 energy^50%
+30 health

I know its kinda high req, but for inscribable weapons 11 is only 2 over minimum.

Any PCing knowledge will be most helpful. Thanks much.

If it has inherent HSR 20% then 60k~ or so
