PC on incribable chaos axe

I have no intention of wasting my inscriptions just so people can PC it.

40k-50k~ or so

40k-60k and wow lots of inscriablbe weapons

What is the mod (15^50, +5 e, etc) that people go for usually? For chaos axe that is.

Also, the PC http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...able+chaos+axe here is very different so far.

(btw, I found this chaos axe not long after nightfall release, but most people were ignorant of inscription back then, had to wait for PC till now)
