k i just stumbled accross this and am qutie puzzled by the mods. I found out that the 2 halves casting time 10%'s stack to make 20%:

Sold one with req 9 for 15k maybe a week ago, and those 10% you can easy make with mods and incriptions.Tbh they pretty comon now, from those free chests.

Yeah the mods are easy (and cheap) to replicate ~10kish, hard sell. Req9s get you 15-20k if you're lucky. Nice skin.
