Where do i send complaint to arenanet about account being threatened ?

Hi i have screenshots of somebody telling me to say good bye to my account and want to complain, it was ingame and about my gw account,any help on this would be great thank you.

The thing was, why did he say it? Was it a threat to hack the account, or was he actually threatening to just report you (which would result in a ban, ergo goodbye account, if you had sone something to break the terms of the GW EULA)?

I was asking for a ferry to urgoz as was other peeps some where spamming and , he/she asked me to stop spamming, i said mind your own business, because i noticed that he/she was calling peeps noobs as i said mind your own business he/she whispered me and said , you wont get a ferry now ill make sure of that i said fine ill got to the deep ,he/she whispered me again and said say goodbye sumpthing in 3 days and whispered me again and said i meen your account, all in caps, he/she then put me on ignore which i thought was strange then he/she went offline.

Well, spamming (needlessly repeating the same message before the old one disappears) is against the EULA, and it's really annoying and needless. Just because others are doing it doesn't make it acceptable, the same way that seeing a gang of chavs beat up an old lady doesn't mean that it's acceptable.

Most likely he's hoping that reporting you will result in a permaban (unlikely).

Umm i wasnt spamming, not like alot of them were ,and in anycase threating someones account is well wrong, with words like "do you know who i am" i replied i dont care who you are and i proceded to tell him/her on local chat that i have took a screenie of there messages to me and will report them, i am genrally a courteous gw player been playing for a while now and no the rules.And it was he/she that was out of order .if they decided they dont like me from me asking for a ferry then put me on ignore.
