Buying a req 7 only and tactics only shield, skin does not matter, but mods need to be +30 hp always, -2(stance) or -2(enchant) or -5(20%) or any +10 armor (fire/earth/slash/blunt/pierce).

i have a req 7 tac tall shield -2/-2 dont know if you are interested ign is Pimp In Disguise.
