I want to have a Pc on a ''Gold Celestial Shield, Max Armor, Req 11 Tactics, Unidentified''.

Should I Indentifie it or sell it?

well you might get max 2k from that shield when it is unidentified, but if you id it and get good mods you can sell it for 60k+++
