Damage +15% (While health is above 50%)
Armor +7 (vs. Elemental Damage)

Found it down the Underworld and I'm pretty happy with it, its my best gold drop ever. I'd appreciate it if someone could give me a price to go by if I sell it. Cheers

15k~ or so, it's still wanted skin but somewhat common.
