Can't seem to get GW running...

I ran GW on my laptop this morning and it was working fine.
Though, when I started GW on my other PC(AMD Athlon 64 x2 4600, 2gb ram, nvidia geforce 7300LE), only the little grey window saying: "Connecting to ArenaNet...". No loading, no nothing. Anyone getting this issue?And if yes, how could I repair it?
Already tried to reinstall GW from an old working .dat file, dating from december 27th...

Sounds more like an internet issue than the computer...


Check your router, connection, etc.

I too am getting the same probeblem, I was just getting out of HA and I mass lagged. I restarted etc. nothing.

Sometimes i make it to the char select but thats it.

I'm running 2gb ram, 7600GTX and AMD2 5000

Hm..OP's post is made on the Sunday the 28th. That's about the time when the triple drop weekend ended. So I would say it's an routing problem caused by firewall attempting to block modified .exe file. See code=058 on the forum sticky or on guildwiki.
