You can get a trial version of xp 64 bit and test it out.

I think I tried guildwars when I was using the xp 64 bit trial and worked with Microsoft's 32 bit emulation layer (that happens automatically). The biggest issues you will most likely have is hardware driver support.

I'm running GW on XP x64 Pro with no problems. I have a radeon 1800 xl and SB audigy, both of which have x64 drivers so I'm good to go.
