I'd say at least 60k. I've had someone buy a clean max gold req 10 off me for 30k when I was asking 25k. Those who like it, like it alot.

There are always times when you get lucky and meet that particular rich buyer who might pay 2-3 times more

As for a price, i will agree with jackie. But i would wait till i get at least an offer of 50k before selling (due to the mods). However you might have to wait for some time for the exact buyer though.
