PC on mammoth axe pls

I found this axe in Factions and i want to know if it is worth something.

And can you also please tell me how much it is worth when i put a +30 HP and 20/20 mod on it.

I wouldn't recommend modding it unless u r going to use it. Modding it wun do much to the price.

I dun think the skin is a popular one, so 10-20k is my estimate. Get more opinions.
