hey guys i got a perfect shadow staff here, but im not very good with prices

so if someone could please give me there opinion that would be great,heres the atts:

halfs recharge of spells(20%)
+10energy
earth dmg(11-22)req9
halfs cast of spells(10%)
+5energy
+20%ench
