Newb question about Stonefist Insignia

Probably been answered before but :

Increases knockdown time of foes by 1 second. (Maximum: 3 seconds) (Non-stacking)

Does this mean I can get 3 of them on different armor parts for the 3 seconds knockdown or just the 1 second... the (Non-stacking) seems to indicate that it's just 1 second even if I get all 3 but the (Maximum: 3 seconds) seems to indicate the former =/

No, you can't use 3 of them to get +3 seconds of knockdown. (Maximum: 3 seconds) means that you can't use Stonefist to make knockdowns last longer than 3 seconds - you can't make [wiki]Backbreaker[/wiki] any longer with it. Most knockdown skills are less than 3 seconds in duration though.
