If it has the mods I need, good. If not, I'll inscribe it myself.

If it's non inscriptable than it must have energy and +1 to earth (20%)

Absolutely no penalties please! no -health or -energy. +15e/-1e regen is fine.

No conditional energy such as +5 above 50% hp! Condition while enchanted is fine.
