I've looked over other threads, even tried a few of the solutions, but nothing's worked. Part of the problem may be that I am behind a university connection, but all other games work fine, and I am 100% sure the ports required for this game are open and willing. So my problem is that I get a map load err7 every so often. I can not reconnect from this load error.
Running: Windows XP, hardware specs above and beyond the minimum.
I don't really know what other info to give, but if anyone has any questions or advice, please, let me know! I need to fix this problem before my guild starts to GvG.
Map load err7, no reconnects possible. Looked over other threads.

I already addressed that. I checked on anet's site which ports needed forwarding, I asked my sysadmin, the ports were open.

I've had that problem sometimes as well, only sometimes though. Which is a good thing as it's very annoying.

Ok, so I tried a solution Anet gave me, but it didn't work. Now it just says "code=019"
