You should identify it then salvage for mods, it isn't max dmg and has flawed casting mods.

Yep, agreed. Salvage in order of +30hp staff wrap (if its that and not the head), +30hp head (if its that and not the wrap), +5>50 inscrip or +5 energy head. The staff wraps sell best.
